Interiors & Architecture by Brady Design • Photography by Marco Ricca

Working with the new owners of this brand new home in Sagaponack, we had the opportunity to bring a more personal layer to the interiors through thoughtful modifications to the interior architecture, custom millwork, and carefully selected finishes.

Rather than accepting the house as it was delivered, we refined the details to better reflect the owners’ tastes and the way they wanted to live. From architectural millwork to the selection of materials and finishes, each decision helped give the home a greater sense of character and individuality.

The result is a home that retains its classic Hamptons sensibility while feeling distinctly personal to its owners—an example of how thoughtful interior architecture and design can transform a spec house into a home.
