Post Crossing is one of the most distinctive streets in Southampton Village, with the rare distinction of being lined entirely with historic homes. This Victorian home was thoughtfully reworked to accommodate modern family life while preserving the character and charm that make the house—and the street—so special.

We undertook a complete renovation of the home, reworking the interiors and carefully considering how new elements could feel at home within the original architecture. At the rear, a screened porch extends the living space outdoors and overlooks the beautifully landscaped yard and pool beyond.

The result is a home that feels both refreshed and rooted in its history, with a relaxed connection between the architecture, landscape, and the way the family lives today.
