Interiors & Architecture by Brady Design • Photography by Marco Ricca • Built by Fred Saludo

Originally designed by Brady Design with a developer, this Southampton home was purchased by its current owners as a completed spec house. We developed the millwork and interior finishes and furnished the house throughout, creating a cohesive home from architecture through interiors.

Ten years later, the clients invited us back for an interior refresh as their family and needs had evolved. We were pleased to find that so much of the original design still felt right—a testament to the enduring quality of timeless interiors. Rather than reinventing the house, we made thoughtful adjustments where they would have the greatest impact.

A first-floor guest suite was reworked into a den better suited to the family's new stage of life, while a lower-level bedroom was transformed into a bright and inviting guest suite with a fresh palette and Galbraith & Paul wallpaper.

The project is a reminder that good design should not have an expiration date. The best interiors evolve with their owners rather than needing to be replaced.
