Architecture by Brady Design

This 3,000-square-foot home in Bridgehampton was designed as a small but grand classical house, with an emphasis on proportion, symmetry, and the careful execution of traditional architectural details.

The clients wanted a home that felt formal and substantial without being oversized. Every element was considered with that in mind—from the overall scale and proportions of the rooms to the classical detailing that gives the house its sense of permanence and character.

The result is an intimate home with a strong architectural presence, demonstrating how thoughtful proportion and meticulous classical detailing can create a feeling of grandeur without relying on size.
