NOYAC ROAD

Sag Harbor, New York

Interiors & Architecture by Brady Design • Photography by Eric Stiffler • Built by Chris Gaynor

Overlooking Little Peconic Bay, this home began as a modest 1950s ranch that we completely transformed through architecture, with interiors developed in collaboration with the client.

We added a second floor, converted the lower level into additional living space, and replaced the existing windows and doors throughout. These changes allowed us to completely rethink the proportions and character of the original house, creating a classic Hamptons shingle-style home that takes full advantage of its extraordinary setting on the bay.

The interior design was largely driven by the client, and we worked alongside them to bring their vision to life and create a cohesive connection between the architecture and interiors.

The result is a home that feels naturally at home on the water, with the scale, proportions, and character of a classic Hamptons house while retaining a connection to its original form.
