Interiors & Architecture by Brady Design • Photography by Marco Ricca

Set on an extraordinary property in the heart of Sagaponack, this home overlooks a 40-acre farmland preserve, creating an expansive and peaceful backdrop for the interiors.

We redesigned the kitchen and bathrooms and furnished the home throughout, bringing warmth and character to the existing architecture while keeping the focus on the landscape beyond. Outside, a new pergola and fireplace create an inviting space for gathering and entertaining.

We also transformed the lower level of the existing garage into bedrooms, making better use of the property and expanding the home for family and guests.

The result is a relaxed, sophisticated retreat that feels deeply connected to its remarkable setting—an expression of the understated beauty of the Hamptons.
