This historic Southampton home was thoughtfully restored and expanded to create a comfortable family home while preserving the character and spirit of the original house.

The house was lifted to allow for a new lower level with generous 10-foot ceilings, while additions to the rear created additional living space. A new garage, poolhouse, and pool expanded the property for modern family life, and the interior was completely reworked.

Throughout the renovation, custom millwork was carefully detailed to give the interiors the character and craftsmanship of a true historic home. We also provided the full interior design, creating spaces that balance classical detail with the comfort and ease needed for a family home.

The result is a home that feels rooted in its history while thoughtfully adapted for contemporary living—a seamless blend of restoration, architecture, and interior design.
