Set on a waterfront property overlooking Lake Agawam in Southampton, this gambrel-style home was designed to maximize its connection to the water and surrounding landscape.

The six-bedroom house is organized around an open main living space, with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms flowing together and oriented toward the lake. A den and library sit just off the main space, providing more intimate rooms while maintaining a strong connection to the heart of the house.

The traditional gambrel form and classical detailing give the home a timeless character, while the thoughtful plan and expansive views create a relaxed, contemporary way of living. The result is a house that feels rooted in its setting, with the lake serving as a constant presence throughout.
